Certifications Required for Volunteers
As a member of the ACCJFL, safety is a top priority for all of us. To ensure that our football and cheerleading coordinators, coaches, assistant coaches, and team parents are fully equipped to provide a safe and supportive environment for our young athletes, we require that the following three certifications be completed annually. You can find and complete all three certifications on the Sport Safety site, either via email or the free version. We appreciate your commitment to upholding our high standards of safety and professionalism in all aspects of our league.
If you’re not applying for one of the specific roles listed above, then these certifications won’t be necessary. If you’re following the steps to become a volunteer with us and have already submitted your clearance requests, please wait until you receive the Official Results before moving on to the next step. Once you have your results, the final step is to provide a copy to the board.
